All prices include Tax and shipping costs. Shipping prices vary depending on the destination, package value and package weight. We sent our packages via Royal Mail, some standard rates are:


Delivery to UK up to 0.2 Kg:   £3.90 (rest of Europe £7.90, USA £9.90, Africa £9.90, Asia £9.90, Oceania £12)

Delivery to UK up to 0.5 Kg:   £6.50 (rest of Europe £9.90, USA £12, Africa £12, Asia £12, Oceania £15)

Delivery to UK up to 1Kg:     £9.90 (rest of Europe £15, USA £25, Africa £25, Asia £25, Oceania £30)

Delivery to UK up to 2Kg:     £15 (rest of Europe £25, USA £30, Africa £30, Asia £30, Oceania £40)

Delivery to UK up to 5Kg:     £20 (rest of Europe £30, USA £40, Africa £40, Asia £40, Oceania £50)

Supply and Fit service (available next day)

We offer our expert Supply and Fit service which is available for most door and window locks, home safes and electronic security systems. If Supply and Fit option is chosen we dont charge any shipping fees.

As a shipping method at checkout, select the "Locksmith" option when filling shipping details.

Pick up point (with next day product availability)

Do you live in London or nearby? Then you can pick up your goods yourself in our Pick-up Point in Muswell Hill. Please wait until the order is ready and notified via email / SMS. We accept both cards and cash.

How do I order for Pick-up Point?

You shop as usual from the comfort of your home. As a shipping method at checkout, select the Pick-up Point option when filling shipping details.

What does it cost?

When will my product ready?

Usually orders are ready for collection in the morning of the next working day after the shipment from the warehouse. Please wait communication from us via email / SMS about the order status before collection. If you have selected SMS notification you will receive an SMS as soon as we register your package in the Pick-up Point.

How long do products last in the Pick up point?

From the moment the purchase has been registered, customers have five working days to claim. If the collection process didn't concluded during this time, the product is returned the to our warehouse.

Damage during transport.

Damaged Articles due to transport issues must be claimed within 7 days of receipt. It is therefore important that you carefully examine your products right after you received them. Please contact the post office and carrier before contacting us.
