The Era 262/362 BS3621 Insurance rated sashlock is available in a 64mm and 76mm case size in a Brass or Satin Chrome finish.  Insurance company approved and tested to BS3621 this lock will sufficiently meet the needs of most insurance companies.

In general a condition of your home contents insurance will be that you have a minimum of at least one BS3621 Kitemarked and approved lock fitted to each external door.

Operation

The reversible latch bolt is withdrawn lever handle from either side and the deadbolt is locked or unlocked by a turn of the key from either side.

Keys

Each lock is supplied with 2 keys which can be copied at most High Street key cutting.
